Refund Policy
All purchases of FlipScan credit packs (Basic, Popular, Professional) are processed via PayPal.
Refunds are only available for unused credits. Once a scan has been consumed, it cannot be refunded.
Refund requests must be sent to Flipscan@proton.me with your PayPal transaction ID or the email used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via PayPal's Resolution Center.
FlipScan reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive free account creation.
Terms of Service
FlipScan provides resale price estimates based on marketplace knowledge. These are estimates, not financial advice.
Users may not abuse free accounts, attempt to bypass credit limits, or resell FlipScan results as a data product.
FlipScan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
FlipScan is not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on scan results.
By using FlipScan, you agree to receive necessary transactional notifications (credits, refunds, account updates) via email.
Marketplace source links are provided for verification; FlipScan is not responsible for external content or third-party listings.
Privacy Policy
FlipScan collects and stores your email, scan history, uploaded images, and PayPal transaction IDs for account management and refunds.
FlipScan does not sell or share user data with third parties.
Uploaded photos are used only for analysis and stored privately in your account history.
Users may request full deletion of their account and data at any time from the Dashboard, or by contacting Flipscan@proton.me.
